NOMINATOR ELIGIBILITY: A nominator must be a legal U.S. resident who is 13 years of age or older at the time of entry and reside in Connecticut, New Jersey, New York and Pennsylvania in one of the following counties (“Nominator” or “Entrant”): Fairfield, CT; Bergen, NJ; Essex, NJ; Hudson, NJ; Hunterdon, NJ; Middlesex, NJ; Monmouth, NJ; Morris, NJ; Ocean, NJ; Passaic, NJ; Somerset, NJ; Sussex, NJ; Union, NJ; Warren, NJ; Bronx, NY; Dutchess, NY; Kings, NY; Nassau, NY; New York, NY; Orange, NY; Putnam, NY; Queens, NY; Richmond, NY; Rockland, NY; Suffolk, NY; Sullivan, NY; Ulster, NY; Westchester, NY; Pike, PA (“Eligible Territories”).
NOMINEE ELIGIBILITY: The nominee must be (a) a legal U.S. resident residing in Connecticut, New Jersey, New York and Pennsylvania; (b) 25 years of age or older at the time of entry; and (c) a teacher at an accredited public, private or charter school or educational organization that is located within the Eligible Territories (listed above) (“Nominee” or “Teacher”). Teachers may be full-time or job-share Teachers. Homeschool Teachers are not eligible.
